How I prove a migration broke nothing
A full rehearsal on your data
The migration runs end to end on a copy of your database, as many times as it takes, while your company keeps working on the live one.
The same documents, before and after
Invoices, e-invoicing files, reports and balances are regenerated on both versions and compared field by field, not checked by eye on a few samples.
A written report before the date
You get the list of every difference found and what was done about it. The go-live date is agreed only after that list is empty or accepted.
In the migrations I have run, go-live took half a day of downtime, up to a full day for the largest databases. Ask about your version.
About Me
I am an independent Odoo consultant based in Southern Italy. Since 2021 I have been helping companies set up, customize and maintain Odoo, Community and Enterprise, from the first analysis of their processes to support after go-live.
My background is technical, with Python development, PostgreSQL and Linux servers. This lets me follow a project end to end, from the code of a module to the server it runs on, without handing it over along the way.

Yes. I start by reviewing what is already there, configuration and custom modules, and tell you what to keep, what to fix and what to remove.
Will we end up depending on you?
No. Code and documentation stay with you and follow the open-source conventions of the Odoo community, so any Odoo developer can work on them.
Can you train our staff?
Yes, on the real processes of your company, with short written guides your team can keep using after the training.
How does the quote work?
